How does a session work?

You will start the session by finding a comfortable position on your back, with calming music creating a soothing atmosphere. Next, you will be gently prompted to close your eyes and participate in breathing exercises to deepen your relaxation and focus your mind. After this, the session will progress in a way that is specific to its unique process.

What happens after a session? 

Upon completion of a session, clients are given time to return to a wakeful state. It is not uncommon to feel light, deeply relaxed, and present. Emotional release is possible, but the outcome varies for each individual and from session to session. It is recommended that clients take some alone time to fully process any lingering sensations and thoughts.

How do I prepare for a session?

Before the session, the necessary information regarding the visit will be collected before the session.

Select a day and time for the session when you can fully relax. 

It is advisable to avoid eating for 3 hours before or after the session. 

Additionally, please remember to wear loose and comfortable clothing, remove any jewelry, belts, etc., and turn off your cell phone before the session begins.

How many sessions should I have?

Determining the exact number of sessions a person should have can be challenging, as it depends on the individual, their goals, and their progress. At the G.N. Reiki Center Meditation Center in Nepal, it is recommended to undergo 21 consecutive days of healing for profound and dramatic results. However, starting with 1-3 sessions and unfolding the process is also an option. Regular sessions, such as bi-weekly or monthly, promote balance, relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-connection.
